Welcome and congratulations to our new brother Knights!  We are happy to welcome Fr. Diego Buriticá, Lance Semer, Sean Brosnihan, Roy Nayankara Rappai, Dan Brogie, Joe Considine, Alan Laverdure, Colin Lake, Vijay Rumao, Carlos Hatuka, John Gallinagh, Mark Zepf, Paul Davois to Council 85. Additionally, we had two transfers from other Councils; Tom Prange from Connecticut and John Walsh from Nevada. All became new members of Council 85 this fraternal year.
 We are very happy and fortunate to have you as members. In particular, we are very pleased and excited with the addition of our new Chaplain, Fr. Diego Buritica. He brings the same enthusiasm, spirit and energy to our Council as he has to St. Luke’s Church!
 

It is a privilege to recognize Carroll Westgate, a long-time member of Council 85, as our 2024 Knight of the Year. Carroll is an Honorary Lifetime Member, PGK, and a significant contributor to many Council 85 programs. He and Dave Fay ran the very successful "Tootsie Roll" program for many years and more recently Carroll coordinated the Easter Lily program, again for many years. In addition, he contributed many hours to the drafting of the Council’s 125^th Anniversary. booklet. 

Carroll continues to be an active and highly valued member of our Council. BZ!
